Argylle Movie Review, Know here whether this film is worth watching or not

Argylle, starring Henry Cavill, has been released. This is a 2 hours 19 minutes long spy comedy thriller movie. Let’s talk about how the film is.

Firstly, the film doesn’t have much hype, so people may not be aware or interested. Let’s see if it’s worth checking out.

Talking about the movie, the story, although in the spy genre, is presented uniquely. The storytelling and concept are well-executed from the perspective of a writer. In the first half, it might feel like you’re watching a supernatural fiction story, but the integration of the writer’s fictional character with real-life is well done. The action sequences and editing are good, especially the train sequence with impressive fights and character switches.

The second half completely changes the perspective with lots of twists and turns. Despite the trailer showcasing Henry Cavill, his role is more of an extended cameo. Even John Cena has a short cameo which is decent. Overall, the climax adds a surprising touch, though the last fight seems somewhat unnatural, leaving you with questions in your mind.

Acting-wise, cinematography-wise, and action-wise, the movie is a one-time watch. It’s not a hardcore suspense movie, so you can comfortably wait for its OTT release. The movie has some twists and turns, but you don’t need to strain your brain too much, just enjoy it. The Hindi dubbing is well done without any vulgar scenes or language.

The movie doesn’t feel too long due to its action and twists. There’s a credit scene hinting at a prequel. Overall, it’s a decent one-time watch, and I would give it 2.5 out of 5 stars.
