Hero MotoCorp Launches Mavrick 440, Redefining Premium Motorcycling in India

Hero MotoCorp, a stalwart in the realm of two-wheelers, has introduced the Hero Mavrick 440 to the Indian market. As a juggernaut in the world of dual-purpose vehicles, the company is expanding its horizon with this brand-new addition to its lineup.

The Mavrick 440, a premium motorcycle boasting a fusion of neo-retro design and a robust roadster aesthetic with a distinctive fuel tank, marks Hero MotoCorp’s foray into the high-end segment. Priced competitively between 1.99 to 2.24 lakh rupees, this motorcycle draws inspiration from the Harley Davidson X440, promising a unique blend of style and affordability. Mavrick 440 Specifications

The Hero Mavrick 440 boasts impressive dimensions for a commanding road presence, measuring 2100 mm in overall length, 868 mm in width, and 1112 mm in height. With a wheelbase of 1388 mm, ground clearance of 175 mm, and a kerb weight of 187 Kg for Alloy variant and 191 Kg for Spoke variant, the Mavrick 440 promises stability and agility on the road. The saddle height stands at a comfortable 803 mm.

Equipped with a robust Trellis Frame Body, the Mavrick 440 features a Telescopic Front Fork of 43 mm and a 7-step adjustable twin shock rear suspension. The front and rear tyre sizes are 110/70 – 17 and 150/60 – 17, respectively. Braking is efficient with a 320 mm disc for the front brake and a 240 mm disc for the rear brake. The fuel tank capacity is a generous 13.5 litres.

The heart of the Mavrick 440 lies in its Full Vertical, Air-Oil cooled 2V engine with a single cylinder arrangement. It delivers a maximum power of 27 bhp at 6000 RPM and a peak torque of 36 Nm at 4000 RPM. The engine boasts a displacement of 440 CC, a compression ratio of 9.65:1, and a 2V SOHC valve train. The clutch system is a multi-plate, wet type, assist & slipper, paired with a manual 6-speed transmission.

The Mavrick 440 comes equipped with a powerful MF Battery of 12V-8 Ah/ ETZ-9. The lighting system includes LED headlamps for driving and passing beams, LED DRLs, position lamp, tail/stop lamp, and turn signal lamps. The instrument console is digital, featuring odometer, speedometer, fuel gauge, gear indicator, and more.
